Do I need an Instagram account to use GridStyle?
Not at all. You can upload photos directly and style your grid without connecting any social account. Instagram sync is an optional feature for Creator and Studio plans.
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes, always. No lock-in contracts. Cancel from your account settings in seconds and you'll keep access until the end of your billing period.
What does "template-first" actually mean?
It means you pick your aesthetic direction — filters, spacing, borders, caption style — before adding any content. Your photos slot into the visual world you've defined, not the other way around.
Is my Instagram data safe?
We use Meta's official Instagram Basic Display API. We never store your password, never post without your explicit action, and you can revoke access at any time from your Instagram settings.
Can I use GridStyle for client work?
Absolutely — it's built for it. The Creator and Studio plans include shareable preview links so clients can review grid aesthetics before any content is published or shot.

GridStyle is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
01 — Information we collect
When you create a GridStyle account, we collect your name, email address, and Instagram handle. If you connect your Instagram account, we access your public profile information and media content solely to display it within the GridStyle editor.
We also collect usage data such as which templates you use and how you interact with the editor, to help us improve the product.
02 — How we use your information
We use your information to provide and improve the GridStyle service, communicate with you about your account, and send optional product updates (which you can unsubscribe from at any time).
We never sell your personal data to third parties. We never use your Instagram content for any purpose other than displaying it to you inside GridStyle.
03 — Instagram data
GridStyle uses Meta's official Instagram Basic Display API to access your Instagram media. We request read-only access to your photos and profile. We do not post, modify, or delete any content on your Instagram account.
You can revoke GridStyle's access to your Instagram account at any time via your Instagram account settings under Apps and Websites.
04 — Data storage & security
Your data is stored securely and we implement industry-standard security measures to protect it. We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us at privacy@gridstyle.app.
05 — Cookies
GridStyle uses essential cookies to keep you logged in and remember your preferences. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. We do not share cookie data with third parties.
06 — Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. To exercise these rights, contact us at privacy@gridstyle.app. If you are located in the EU or Australia, you also have rights under GDPR and the Australian Privacy Act 1988 respectively.

By using GridStyle, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
01 — Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using GridStyle (gridstyle.app), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. We may update these terms from time to time and will notify you of significant changes by email.
02 — Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. You must provide accurate information when creating your account and keep it up to date.
You must be at least 13 years old to use GridStyle. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have parental or guardian consent.
03 — Use of the service
GridStyle grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the service for lawful purposes. You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to access it by unauthorised means, or use it to infringe the intellectual property rights of others.
You retain full ownership of all content you upload or create using GridStyle. By uploading content, you grant GridStyle a limited licence to display it within the service solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.
04 — Instagram integration
GridStyle integrates with Instagram via Meta's official API. Your use of the Instagram integration is also subject to Meta's Terms of Service and Platform Policy. GridStyle accesses your Instagram data in read-only mode and will never post, modify, or delete content on your behalf without your explicit action.
05 — Subscription & billing
GridStyle offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. You may cancel at any time and will retain access until the end of your current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.
06 — Limitation of liability
GridStyle is provided on an as-is basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.
07 — Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
